It doesn't take much to exceed shotgun pressure limits of 11,500 psi for 12 gauge. If the load isn't a "book" load, don't shoot it. Might switch to a slower powder with more bulk. 17 grains of powder doesn't take up much space in the case.

I removed one and placed it in the shot reservoir on my Grabber machine. The bar sticks much less than before and works acceptably.

The 600 Jr. is an inexpensive and fairly efficient loader for low-moderate volumes (16) and relatively goof-proof reloading (.410). I tried reloading .410s on a Grabber but was frustrated by the messes I made when shot bridged or wads partially backed out as well as the less than stellar crimps on older hulls that weren't indexed by hand.
